CA Way

Our story

Every CA student knows this feeling.

You’ve cleared your exams. You’re ready to work. You start looking for articleship or industrial training, and then it hits you: nobody tells you where the openings are.

You don’t know the stipend. You don’t know if the role is still open. You don’t even know if anyone read your email.

Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Divyam. I’ve been the student on the other side of that empty inbox.

Before finance, my world was people and conferences. At India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (I.I.M.U.N.), I started at the bottom and grew, role by role, into Assistant Director. I helped run Model United Nations conferences across India and abroad, and learned how to bring a huge, scattered group of people together and make everything run smoothly.

Then I began my CA journey. Today I’m an Article Trainee at BDO India, pursuing Chartered Accountancy with ICAI, and studying at H.R. College of Commerce & Economics.

Inside the profession, I saw the gap clearly. Opportunities were everywhere, but they weren’t organised anywhere. Students had to ask around and keep refreshing LinkedIn. Brilliant candidates missed great roles simply because they never heard about them.

Firms had the opposite problem. They posted one vacancy and got buried under hundreds of emails, with no simple way to sort through them.

So I decided to fix it the way I know best: bring everyone onto one platform, and make it effortless.
