Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of CA Way (caway.in). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use CA Way.

1. What CA Way is

CA Way is a listing platform that helps CA students discover articleship, industrial training and finance opportunities, and helps firms reach applicants. CA Way is not an employer, placement agency or party to any training or employment arrangement between you and a firm. CA Way is not affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

2. Accounts

• You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your account.
• Information you give us must be accurate and your own.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

• Listings come from recruiters, community members and our team. “Community Posted” listings are published by users and have not been checked by us. “Verified by CA Way” means our team has made reasonable checks; it is not a guarantee.
• We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available or will lead to selection. Please check details directly with the firm, including whether the opportunity meets ICAI requirements.
• Never pay anyone to get an articleship or job. Genuine firms do not charge applicants. Report any such request to us.

4. If you post an opportunity

• You confirm the opportunity is genuine and that you are authorised to post it, or are sharing it accurately in good faith.
• You will not post misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or fee-charging opportunities, or collect applicant data for any purpose other than considering them for the listed opportunity.
• You will treat applicant data confidentially and in line with applicable data protection law.
• You may post up to 5 listings a day. We may edit, verify, hide or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. If you apply

When you apply on CA Way, you agree that your profile and resume are shared with that listing’s recruiter. When a listing asks you to apply by email or on another site, that application is between you and the firm.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse CA Way: no spam, scraping, fake accounts or listings, attempts to break security, or harassment of other users.

7. Content and links

CA Way may link to other websites, including firms’ career pages and LinkedIn posts. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

CA Way is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from listings or from dealings between students and firms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
