Accounting in TallyPrime and maintaining complete files for each client 2. Preparing management reporting for clients 3. Finalisation of accounts and preparing financial statements 4. Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return 5. Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns 6. GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns 7. Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects 8. Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum 9. Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings 10. Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax and GST Qualification: CA intermediate both group pass | Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer, can also apply.
