About the role
We support 50+ multinational subsidiaries in India across Technology, SaaS and Healthcare, including companies setting up Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
As an article assistant, you'll work directly on client engagements and get hands on exposure to:
- Accounting and monthly reporting for foreign-owned Indian entities
- GST, TDS and income tax compliance
- Payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- FEMA/RBI reporting and company secretarial work
- Transfer pricing and statutory audits
- US accounting and reporting for global clients
- India entity setup for international companies
You'll work closely with senior team members and the Director, with real responsibility from early on and regular interaction with international clients.
