Article Assistant

YSAR & Associates is hiring 3 CA Article Assistants for its Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru office. Exposure includes statutory audits of listed and unlisted entities, private limited companies, LLPs and AOPs, compliance under the Companies Act 2013 including IFC/ICFR testing, tax audits and income-tax compliance, expatriate taxation and DTAA matters, transfer pricing audits, GST returns and reconciliations, TDS compliance and returns, financial reporting under Ind AS/AS, due diligence, BSRR assurance and advisory work. Stipend ₹15,000 in first year and 20-30% increase in second year based on performance. Study leave as per ICAI norms.

Eligible for ICAI Practical Training,ICITSS completed or due to be completed before registration,Working knowledge of MS Excel,Exposure to Tally or Zoho Books preferred,Good written and spoken English,Kannada an advantage,Ready to travel to client locations for audits
