The articleship provides extensive exposure to statutory, internal, forensic, concurrent, bank and revenue audits; direct and indirect taxation including income tax, GST and TDS compliances; accounting and financial reporting; MIS reporting and financial analysis; corporate finance assignments such as CMA data preparation, loan proposals, valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, M&A support and capital restructuring; ROC compliances and company law matters; and forensic investigations.
