The Analyst Accelerator Program is a 2-year, front-office CA articleship in investment banking and capital markets, run by Felix Advisory in partnership with The Climate Guys (TCG). It is built around live transaction work, not backend compliance or routine accounting. What you'll work on → Live deals across equity and debt fundraising, M&A, business valuation, due diligence, and research & sector analysis → Active transaction mandates and investor interactions across capital markets and PE/VC → Climate and emerging-sector companies, at the intersection of capital markets, strategy and climate How you'll learn → Weekly 1:1 reviews with a Manager or Partner, plus weekly sessions with an assigned mentor → A structured 4-stage training roadmap: research & analytical foundations → financial modelling & valuation (3-statement models, DCF, relative valuation) → deal structuring (cap tables, IRR, term sheets, SHA/SPA) → capital markets & investor perspective → Progression over 24 months: Foundation & transaction immersion (0–6 months) → controlled transaction ownership → multi-transaction leadership → senior analyst & mentoring phase (18–24 months) What you get → Stipend: ₹12,000/month in Year 1, ₹16,000/month in Year 2 → Performance Alpha: up to 100% of base stipend, based on monthly quality ratings → Deal bonus: 5–25X of base stipend on project completion and deal closure → Skill scholarship: full sponsorship for relevant courses, peer learning and exclusive networking events About the firms Felix Advisory (founded 2013) has 7 offices (5 in India, 2 international) and works across transaction advisory, fundraising & M&A, risk and financial advisory, and corporate governance for clients in 50+ industries.
