Process Reviews: Review key business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Hire-to-Retire (H2R), inventory management, treasury and finance, and fixed assets. Compliance Reviews: Support compliance and regulatory reviews to assess adherence to applicable requirements and internal policies. Process Walkthroughs: Participate in discussions with client personnel to understand business processes and controls. Risk Control Matrices: Prepare Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), process flowcharts, and audit working papers. Internal Control Testing: Test controls and identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. Document Verification: Verify supporting documents, transactions, and compliance with internal policies. Audit Observations: Draft audit findings and recommendations for addressing identified issues. Audit Reporting: Assist in preparing audit reports and management presentations. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients to obtain required data and follow up on audit queries. Candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy and eligible for articleship under applicable ICAI regulations. CA Intermediate qualified candidates who have cleared either one group or both groups. A strong academic background is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to review financial and operational documentation. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to interact with clients and work across different industries.
