CA Articleship – Professional Practice

Maintain client accounts in Tally Prime and maintain complete files for each client. Prepare management reports for clients. Finalise accounts and prepare financial statements. Compute income tax liabilities and prepare and file Income Tax Returns. Compute TDS liabilities and prepare and file TDS returns. Handle GST registrations, compute GST liabilities, and file GST returns. Conduct research for mergers and acquisitions and fund-raising projects. Assist in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and investment memoranda. Prepare secretarial records and assist with ROC filings. Provide advisory support on FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST.

Candidates must have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate. Candidates who have completed 3–6 months of Articleship and are seeking a transfer may also apply. Strong knowledge of accountancy, taxation, and corporate laws. Good communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
