CA Articleship Trainee

Assist with income tax and GST compliance, tax research, documentation, and related advisory assignments. Support audit procedures, verify financial records, and prepare working papers for review. Help prepare financial information and supporting documents for IPO advisory assignments. Assist with FEMA-related documentation and compliance requirements for cross-border transactions. Support financial due diligence by reviewing accounting records and analysing relevant financial information. Conduct research and organise documents for transaction structuring and corporate advisory engagements. Coordinate with senior professionals, incorporate their feedback, and complete assigned work within agreed timelines.

Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and eligible to register for articleship under ICAI rules
