CA Industrial Trainee – Finance

Key Areas of Exposure Financial planning and budgeting Actuals tracking and variance analysis Monthly MIS and management reporting Plant finance operations Financial controls and compliance Excel-based financial analysis SAP-related finance processes, where applicable Planning and Budgeting: Assist the finance team with financial planning and budgeting activities. Actuals Tracking: Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and plans. Variance Analysis: Analyse differences between planned and actual results and help identify the reasons for deviations. Monthly MIS: Support the preparation of monthly management information system reports. Plant Finance: Work with plant teams to support financial monitoring and reporting. Controls and Compliance: Assist plant teams in maintaining appropriate financial controls and supporting compliance requirements. Must have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate in the first attempt. Must be scheduled to appear for the CA examination in November 2027 or January 2028, as specified in the recruitment announcement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills. Working knowledge or hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.

The role offers practical exposure to financial planning, budgeting, actuals tracking, variance analysis, monthly management information system (MIS) reporting, and plant finance controls.
