About the role
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ghaziabad Unit, is hiring 11 Management Industrial Trainees (Finance). Exposure includes Corporate Finance, Financial Management and Finance Operations within a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence. Initial training period is 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on performance. Stipend: ₹25,000 per month in Year 1, ₹27,000 per month in Year 2 and ₹30,000 per month in Year 3.
