CA Industrial Trainee – Compliance and Ethics

Internal Audit & Process Reviews: Participate in internal audit activities and process reviews. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Gain exposure to identifying and managing organisational risks. Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICOFR): Understand internal financial control frameworks. SOPs, Compliance & Governance: Work on standard operating procedures and compliance-related activities. Process Improvement & Automation: Gain exposure to improving processes and supporting automation initiatives.

CA students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP or Power BI will be an advantage. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
